Distance Learning Plans: Kindergarten & 1st Grade

Kindergarten- 1st grade students will need to establish clear routines in order to be successful. Young students are usually naturally excited to learn! Caregiver support at the start will be able to taper off as routines are strong and established. These students are already used to a variety of blended learning software. Distance Learning will foster engagement and motivation in the young learners. Designated video lessons and weekly synchronous sessions can help foster accountability. We recognize that students in this age group will still need varying levels of support from a caregiver based on the individual student.
