Principal's Welcome

Dear Prospective Families, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome to St. Paul School! We are one of the six Lumen Christi Academies from across the Oakland Diocese. The teachers, staff, and I would personally like to invite you and your child(ren) to our dynamic elementary school. Since 1952, St. Paul School has been dedicated to educating the heart, mind, body, and spirit with faith.

St. Paul School serves students from Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our community of teachers, staff, and parents together provide an enriching academic curriculum and learning environment. Our ability to engage with the Whole Child enables students to achieve their highest learning potential by developing their social, emotional, and creative skills with confidence.

We boast a strong academic curriculum that aims to achieve three goals for our students at St. Paul. First, we inspire students to achieve their highest academic and creative potential, and to shape our students to become life-long learners who will serve and enrich the community. Secondly, St. Paul School endeavors to be a living model of the love and philosophy of Jesus Christ. Thirdly, we encourage students to become faith-filled, responsible, and effective communicators. And, in addition to our school day programs, we offer before and after-school Extended Care.

Our mission is to serve the diverse cultural community of students and families, while also supporting parents as the primary educators. We truly believe that it takes a community to raise a child, and together we can engage with, and nurture, the Whole Child.

We invite you to come take a tour and experience the wonderful things happening at St. Paul. Feel free to phone our school office to schedule a tour. Additionally, if you have questions regarding the application or financial aid process, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Welcome to St. Paul School!

Peace and Blessings,
Erma Flores, Principal
